CANCELATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY


CANCELATIONS:

A cancelation means that we will void and cancel your transaction and order. An order can be canceled if you notify us before your package goes on-freight to be delivered. This time frame is usually between 1~2 business days from the moment you place your order during our 'Processing Time.'

If you miss this time frame, while we won't be able to cancel your order, you have some other options. Please read on to the 'Returns' section below.

RETURNS:

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have two main categories for returns. Please follow the instructions for the category that applies to you.

1. LOCAL RETURNS

If you live within a 60 mile radius of our warehouse or if your order was hand delivered by us via our 'Local Delivery' option, you can return your items in the following ways once your return is accepted.

- HAVE IT PICKED UP

We will come pickup the package from your address. There is a $25 fee if you chose to return through this method.

- DROP IT OFF

You can drop off the package at our warehouse Monday through Saturday between 8am and 7pm. There are no additional fees if you choose this method.

2. GENERAL RETURNS

If you received your package via UPS and don't live within our delivery zone, you can send back your order to the address below once your return is accepted:

Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Do not send back packages without first requesting a return. They will not be accepted. 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES WITH YOU ORDER:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
