It's hard to know for sure how any boxes you really need, and once you're done packing and moving, you probably won't need them for a while and they take up space.

We get it! That's why we teamed up with our affiliate moving company General Moving Carriers to offer you the Unused Boxes Buy Back Program.

Here's how it works:

MOVE WITH GENMOVE

If you have unused boxes from us and book your move with General Moving Carriers, they will pick up your unused boxes on the day of your move and buy it back. This means they will give you what you paid for the unused boxes.

Easy right? So if you were spending time trying to guess how many boxes you need and if you should go for a bigger box package, just be safe than sorry. With this program you literally have nothing to lose. You only pay for the boxes you use.

MOVING ON YOUR OWN, WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, OR NOT MOVING AT ALL

Of course, you can move with whichever company you want. Maybe you are moving on your own or you're not moving at all.

If this is the case, not to worry! There still maybe some options for you.

- HAVE IT PICKED UP

If you live within a 60 mile radius of our warehouse or if your order was hand delivered by us via our 'Local Delivery' option, we will come pickup your unused boxes from your address. There is a $25 fee if you chose to return the unused boxes with this method.

- DROP IT OFF

You can drop off the unused boxes at our warehouse Monday through Saturday between 8am and 7pm. There are no additional fees if you choose this method.
